With the Autonomous Image Processing Technology system, we perform image processing of animals in our barns. We capture which animal it is from the numbers on the necks of our cows and analyze the behavior of the cow.
With the autonomous system, we continuously monitor the eating and drinking behaviors, movement behaviors (lying down, getting up, running, walking), birth and estrus behaviors and milking activities of cattle throughout the day. In dairy cattle, feed intake, health and water use significantly affect productivity. With Autonomous Image Processing Technology, unlike traditional tracking systems, we examine our animals individually, identify risk factors that may cause problems in advance, and maximize herd welfare with timely and accurate interventions.
Birth and Heat Movement Monitoring
Effective and detailed monitoring of the health and reproductive status of our cattle is vital for herd health and productivity. We aim to analyze daily movement activities, feeding and milking behaviors, signs of heat and birth times with the image processing system and contribute to farm productivity by making the right and effective intervention on time.
We Identify Animals Not Going to Milking
At Dost Farm, we continue milking fully autonomously with a robotic milking system and conditioning method, and we detect animals that do not go to milking with both the robotic system and the image processing technology we have developed. With the support of image processing technology, we determine where the relevant animal is in the herd at that moment and make laser marking. In this way, when our health technician or veterinarian enters the barn, they immediately identify the animal they will intervene and make the necessary interventions without disturbing the rest of the herd.
With Autonomous Image Processing Technology, we continuously measure, record and transmit the data of our animals to the main center. We enable our veterinarians to access this information. If there are differences between the values measured and analyzed in the past and the current values, we provide information to our veterinarians.
